Back Ordered Items: While we do our best to monitor our supplier inventories, it is possible that items may be on back order by the time the widow closes. If your item is on back order you will be notified as soon as possible to find a solution that works for you. Resolutions could involve substitutions, waiting, or even cancellations if desired. All delivery dates assume that items are not on back order. We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to back-ordered items.
Returns: All items are custom made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Order Changes: If you receive your digital receipt and realize that you have miss ordered please reply with corrections. If you simply need to add more items please place a new order. All order changes and cancellations must occur before the ordering window closes. All cancelled orders are subject to a small credit card processing fee.
