Once your order is complete, select shipping for your order. Please DO NOT select “Group Pick-up”
In order to keep our store costs down, we order in batches on the 15th of every month. Your order will NOT begin production on the day it is placed, rather it will be ordered on the very next 15th of the month. It will then be shipped to our facility, embroidered, and shipped to you. This may take up to 3 weeks following the 15th. When you place your order, you can expect it in hand, 3 weeks following the next 15th of the month.
